What would you do? • Coordinates and oversees training for operations and new joiner orientation. Position also promotes a team-oriented environment through people development strong leadership, continuous improvement and cross-functional support. • Primary responsibility is to ensure that coaching training and mentoring as well as domain expertise on Client specified processes users and customer service • Work with Training Lead to produce plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery measurement and follow-up as necessary • Monitor measure and report on employees training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales • Ensure that the current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles monitoring etc. • Ensure that training content is kept up to date based on client feedback
What are we looking for? • This will be based in Hyderabad Client office • Must be flexible to work in Night shift between 8 PM (CT) – 4.00 AM (IST) including weekends and holidays (It’s a 5-day working day week which may include weekends) • Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience • Minimum of 1 year of training experience • Experience working within training role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and administrative skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize substantial amounts of information • Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and labeling/annotation user interfaces. • Understanding of priority/severity frameworks and classification schemas. • Experience in QA testing, triage, bug reproduction, or labeling workflows. • Understanding of GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, LLM behavior, model evaluation) and popular GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
