What would you do?
- Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies.
- Warranty administrator capable of processing and analyzing dealer claims for commercial vehicle.
- To manage warranty claim for commercial vehicles within designated cycle time (TAT).
- Investigate warranty claims, facilitate recovery, and assign appropriate liability and responsibilities for the warranty claim failure.
- Responsible to generate weekly & monthly production report for the team.
- Responsible for quality audits for the team.
- Verification and analysis of warranty claims based on available external resources (e.g. Dealer portal, parts catalogs, sales information)
- Manage warranty claim by verifying and validating troubleshooting and diagnostic test performed by the dealer.
- Technical review of the parts, cause of defect and defect description to validate warranty claims.
- Proficient in different part failure & repair process like Engine, Transmission, motors, pumps, Electrical and hydraulic component
- Collaborate with the internal & external stakeholders to understand product issues and determine claim validity.
- Should be able to interpret dealer’s complaint, cause & correction to take final decision on the warranty claims.
- Should be able to understand & draw conclusions from attached test/diagnostic reports for fair validation of claims.
- Communicate with Dealers the shortfall & missing information’s for timely closure of claims.
- Should be able to suggest new ideas for warranty saving enhancement & be able to generate continuous improvement in the existing used cases.
- Analyze and Identifying patterns in submitted claims & recommend corrective actions to improve warranty savings.
- Proactively learn about new product launches & update on products through web academy and client’s websites.
- Should keep himself updated on changing dynamics of the industry & warranty business
- Maintain & mange expected Quality scores in the audits. What are we looking for?

- Engineering Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers Quality, warranty engineers, etc
- Data processing accuracy, detail oriented, and ability to evaluate/research a warranty claim
- Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on Excel)
- Organized, timely, pro-active and highly productive
- Strong written communication in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- BE Mechanical/Automobile with 3-6 years of relevant experience
