Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsTalent & HR Process involves managing the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team.The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? Key Responsibilities?¢Collect, analyze, and report on employee performance data using the Performance Management (PM) system.?¢Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on goal status, completion rates, and performance trends for business units and leadership.?¢Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance data, including Identifying and correcting discrepancies in reports.?¢Maintain reporting schedules (e.g., monthly, quarterly) and communicate deadlines to relevant stakeholders.?¢Present findings and recommendations to management, highlighting areas for improvement and best practices.?¢Facilitate the annual and ongoing goal-setting process for employees, ensuring goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and aligned with business objectives.?¢Support managers and employees in updating goals throughout the year, reflecting changes in priorities or roles.?¢Monitor goal progress and provide reminders or guidance to ensure timely completion and documentation.?¢Provide training and resources on effective goal-setting and performance tracking.?¢Query Management.?¢Support the implementation of performance improvement plans and track their outcomes.Skills?¢Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.?¢Experience in performance management, HR analytics, or a similar HR function.?¢Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS/PM systems.?¢Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.?¢Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards in HR reporting.?¢Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build, edit, and troubleshoot Macros and Power Query solutions for data automation, transformation, and reporting.?¢Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.?¢Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.?¢Eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.?¢A team player mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership.?¢Consistently produces work of exceptional quality, with meticulous attention to process and outcomes.
Qualifications?¢2 to 3 years of work experience in HR Operations.?¢Bachelor??s degree (preferably in Human Resources or a related field).?¢Strong skills in PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.?¢Candidate must have advanced Excel expertise to organize, interpret, and optimize extensive datasets.
