This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team.The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for?

Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.).Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs.Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions.Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required.Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits. Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance. Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects.Excellent communication skills??able to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.Eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.A team player is mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership.Consistently produces work of exceptional quality, with meticulous attention to process and outcomes.2 to 3 years of work experience in HR OperationsBachelor??s degree (preferably in Human Resources or related field).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.Experience with Workday or similar CRM / HRIS platforms is a strong plus.
