Job Description

Business Advisor Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and develop sales opportunities.
Identify and qualify business opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by executing effective business development strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches, tailor product offerings, and support promotional activities.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines efficiently to maximize sales conversions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the
insurance industry
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Multilingual language proficiency is mandatory
, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

Compensation:

Maximum pay up to 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
