Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Support the team in identifying and qualifying new business leads through various channels (online research, databases, social media, etc.).
Maintain and update the prospective client database.

Client Outreach & Communication:

Assist in drafting and sending introductory emails and messages to potential clients.
Learn and practice professional communication through calls and virtual interactions.
Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Sales Process Support:

Shadow senior Business Development Executives during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to learn best practices.
Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-up communications with prospects.
Contribute to maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration & Learning:

Collaborate with the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and workshops to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall business development function.

Preferred candidate profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn how to build rapport..
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
