Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations related to order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines. Liaise with internal teams (Warehouse, Sales, Customer Support, Imports) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Track and manage inventory levels across SKUs; support stock reconciliation and reporting. Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipment-related issues. Assist in updating ERP systems with order, inventory, and vendor data. Prepare and maintain operations reports, including daily sales orders, returns, and in-transit stock. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements for efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. 12 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (experience in FMCG, retail, or pet products preferred). Good command over MS Excel and prior experience working on ERP or inventory management systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
