As the Data Operations Associate, you will be part of the Data Operation Team supporting client’s feed management, monitoring jobs, data reconciliation, issue resolution and escalation where applicable across multiple sectors/ programs. You will work with our internal users and provide first-level support for issues pertaining to but not limited user issues, investigatory of tech cases that are required to maintain and support both our business and its clients.
What are we looking for?
- BE/B. Tech./BCA/MCA/B. Sc./M. SC in IT, Computer Science.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with Data Operations, Data Analysis or related field
- Familiarity with Data Pipeline/ ETL tools and Cloud Platforms
- Solid understanding of Data Quality principles, Data Governance best practices.
- Working knowledge in Excel Power Query
- Advanced database/SQL skills, Development of stored procedures.
- Programming concepts including application development exposure.
- Understanding of Micro Service/API
- Understanding of Azure (CI/CD)
- Advanced knowledge of Office tools
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Documentation/presentation capabilities
- Team player, fast learner, go-getter.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high demand situations.
- Exposure with remote work model.
- Flexibility towards work schedules - 5-day work week. Rotational shift duty including morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts, along with rotational duties on weekends

- Certifications in SQL and or Azure Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Feed Processing
- Processing feeds which are manual or semi-automated.
- Monitoring of automated feeds.
- Trouble shoot and fix in real-time any feed alerts/failures.
- Manage and monitoring of automated feeds/Azure pipelines.
- End-to-end management of real time API based data imports along with exception handling.
- Trouble shoot and fix in real-time any feed alerts/failures – both file based, and API driven.
- Escalate exceptions having business impacts, to higherups/senior levels.
- Maintain and review feed reconciliation. 2. Job-Automation & Reporting
- Monitor automated Visual Cron jobs
- Monitor automated jobs for import processes in Azure.
- Develop process to track/monitor data push from Azure to Salesforce
- Reconciliation of data updates in different platform touch points.
- Produce data driven reports in Azure – ad-hoc, manually generated or automated.
- Develop and support maintenance of extensive process and technical documentation. 3. Implementation Activities
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts and Business teams to troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Work on new implementations hand-offs from project teams/other teams.
- Create tasks and reconciliation routines.
- Validation and testing.
