Manage high-volume recruitment drives for international BPO roles including Customer Support Executive and Sales Executive
Coordinate with BPO vendors to understand hiring requirements and timelines
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently to meet bulk hiring targets
Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment databases and generate regular hiring reports
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and vendor agreements
Work closely with HR and vendor teams to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience
