Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Bulk Recruitment:

    Lead and execute large-scale staffing drives for ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, and Graduate-qualified candidates across various sectors.
  • Apprenticeship Program Management:

    Drive the expansion and implementation of NAPS and NATS initiatives, promoting the schemes to both educational institutions and potential candidates.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Management:

    Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, ITIs, and skill institutions to develop robust talent pipelines through campus drives and job fairs.
  • Compliance and Documentation:

    Handle all documentation and ensure strict adherence to NAPS/NATS norms, including portal entries, agreement processing, and government claim submissions.
  • Candidate Management:

    Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    Liaise effectively with clients, internal HR teams, and government officials (like BOAT/RDSDEs) to align recruitment efforts with workforce plans and ensure successful apprentice deployment.
  • Placement Tracking:

    Facilitate and track the final placement of apprentices for a specified period after the completion of their training, as required by TPA guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Proven experience (2-6 years preferred) in bulk recruitment or campus hiring, preferably within the skill development or apprenticeship domain.
  • Scheme Knowledge:

    Strong knowledge of NAPS/NATS processes, TPA (Third Party Aggregator) functions, and associated compliance norms.
  • Education:

    A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment portals, and strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting).
  • Competencies:

    A result-oriented, proactive approach with the ability to manage high-volume requirements in a fast-paced environment.
