Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist US based clients regarding product and service related queries over the call. Ensure to meet monthly sales and upselling targets. Ensure client is met with timely resolution. Provide customers with a positive and personalized experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have Excellent Spoken English skill. Grad/Undergrad with min. 6 months of experience in International process.
