Job Description

Customer Support Executive (International Voice & Chat Process)

freshers

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice calls and chat for international clients.
Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process workflows and standard operating procedures.
Meet performance benchmarks including quality, productivity, and attendance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:
Minimum 10+2 or any graduate.
Experience:

Freshers are welcome.
Experienced candidates (up to 2 years in BPO/Customer Support) preferred.

Communication Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Shift:
Rotational shifts including night shifts (as per international time zones).
Work Mode:
On-site Kolkata

Salary Structure:

Freshers:
Up to 2.60 LPA
Experienced:
3.10 LPA 3.50 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
