Company Description Protrainy, established in 2019, is an E-learning start-up in New India offering high-quality interactive classes and training programs for Civil Engineering students and professionals. We provide training in ETABS, PRIMAVERA, STRUCTURAL DESIGN, AUTODESK REVIT, and more to help engineers acquire practical skills for the industry. Our INDUSTRY READY assessment allows individuals to test their skills and determine their industry standing. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and market research Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in negotiation and contract management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the E-learning or education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
