Role & responsibilities

BTL Strategy & Planning
Retail & Trade Marketing Execution
Vendor Management
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Cross-functional Collaboration
Data Management & Reporting
Marketing & Sales Analytics
System & Process Optimization

Bachelors/masters degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in BTL marketing, retail activations, or trade marketing (preferably in innerwear, apparel, or FMCG).
Strong network with vendors, agencies, and retail partners.
Proficiency in MS Excel Must, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and execution
