BTL Marketing Manager

As a Financial Advisory professional with 3-6 years of experience, your role will involve developing and executing detailed activation plans for new FPCs. This includes creating pre-launch timelines, coordinating operational requirements, and aligning with stakeholders. You will conduct market analysis to identify suitable locations in line with business objectives and collaborate with marketing teams to generate localized campaigns for lead generation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, and compliance) to ensure readiness before the go-live date - Overseeing facility setup, infrastructure, event arrangements, and technology enablement for operational efficiency - Securing regulatory, compliance, and legal approvals for projects - Monitoring early performance metrics to assess FPC success and identify improvement areas - Gathering feedback from employees and clients to refine operations and customer experience - Addressing operational bottlenecks during the post-activation phase - Planning and executing on-ground events and campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract potential clients to new centers - Ensuring events align with strategic goals and deliver measurable results Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) - Proven experience in activation or operations management, preferably in financial services or retail sector - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing external stakeholders - Strong analytical skills to evaluate location performance and market potential - Familiarity with financial products and advisory services is a plus This role offers you the opportunity to utilize your skills in a dynamic environment, working closely with various teams to ensure the successful establishment and growth of new FPCs.,
