Company Name: Aspirare Communications Pvt Ltd Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 7 Job Title: Broadband Support Engineer Employment type: Full Time Salary: 1.5LPA - 2.4 LPA   What You can expect at Aspirare:   Ø Great fun@work Ø Career Progression purely based on performance Ø Periodical Performance Reward Schemes Ø Great working atmosphere Ø Periodical Staff Meet Parties Ø Wonderful camaraderie at work     What's expected of You: •           Monitoring and basic troubleshooting also Provide onsite support to NOC team for troubleshooting and installation.   •           Monitoring all the links using NMS tool, Upon link outage raise the trouble ticket with respective last mile or the service provider. •           Co-ordinate with vendor partners for operation and maintenance requirements •           Help in installation of WAN devices with guidance of NOC •           Interact with vendor partners from client site for trouble shooting vendor related issue. •           Provide hands and eye support to NOC during any NOC related activities. •           Proactive monitoring the network utilization and the performance and provide regular inputs to sales and ensure quality of service delivery in terms of throughput latency and reliability •           Co-ordinate with Regulatory coordinator for providing timely inputs for compliance related report collection. •           Functional support to NoC team for data compilation and reporting •           Update customer database in the format and share the same within the NOC Team •           Escalate internally and externally to handhold the customer till the services are restored including periodical communication to stakeholders over whatsapp and Email •           Perform other tasks as requested by the Lead/Management.
