📝 Job Summary As a Broadband Support Engineer at Aspirare Communication, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support for broadband services across enterprise and telecom clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity, diagnosing network issues, and maintaining broadband infrastructure including DSL, fiber, and wireless systems. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting Resolve broadband connectivity issues for enterprise and telecom clients Diagnose faults in DSL, fiber optics, and wireless networks Provide remote and on-site support for network equipment (modems, routers, switches) Installation & Configuration Assist in the deployment and configuration of broadband systems Set up enterprise-grade networking hardware and software Ensure proper documentation of installations and service calls Network Maintenance Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates Collaborate with NOC teams to escalate and resolve complex problems Client Interaction Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve issues Provide guidance and training to end-users on broadband usage and troubleshooting Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field 1–3 years of experience in broadband or telecom support roles Strong understanding of IP networking, routing protocols, and transmission media Familiarity with DSL, fiber optics, and wireless broadband technologies Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and network monitoring software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests 🌐 Preferred Certifications CCNA / CompTIA Network+ Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) certifications Fiber Optic Technician (FOT) or similar 🚀 Why Join Aspirare Communication?
