Position Overview: We are looking for talented and motivated Network Support Engineers for both L1 support roles. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for various networking systems, including switching, routing, firewalls, and SD-WAN technologies. The role requires direct customer interaction and involves the configuration and maintenance of enterprise-level network solutions. Key Responsibilities: For L1 Role: • Customer Support: Provide timely technical support to customers, responding to incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. • Issue Identification: Troubleshoot and diagnose network issues, including basic configurations and connectivity problems. • Network Configuration: Assist in configuring routers, switches, and other network devices under the guidance of senior engineers. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions for future reference. • Basic Network Management: Perform basic tasks like rebooting devices, checking connectivity, and implementing simple configuration changes. • Advanced Troubleshooting: Take on complex technical issues that require a deeper understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of all configurations, troubleshooting steps, and network changes.
