Job Description:

Handle advanced and complex issues that L1 engineers cannot resolve, including deeper analysis into network problems and performing root cause analysis.
Support configuration and management of Next Gen Firewalls such as Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA, and FTD. Perform changes based on requests and project requirements.
Manage and support SASE solutions such as Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler, NetSkope, as well as SD-WAN solutions including Cisco Viptela, Fortinet SD-WAN, and HP SilverPeak.
Manage incidents escalated from the L1 team and coordinate with other teams as necessary to resolve issues.
Analyze network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Identify areas for service improvement, plan, and implement improvement plans.
Maintain detailed records of network configuration, changes, and incidents for future reference.
Update and maintain architecture diagrams with minimal modifications as design changes occur.
Perform regular upgrades of network operating systems for all categories.
Support network solutions and ensure their stability.
Prepare technical implementation plans for all configuration changes, participate and present in CAB, and obtain approvals.
Perform and maintain IP address management for all sites, including data centers.
Perform VPN configuration changes and troubleshooting.
Support routing changes based on service requests in network devices.
Support and coordinate hardware replacements with vendors, planning replacements within approved change windows.
Coordinate new line commissioning and link migration in client offices with regional site contacts.

Must Have:

Hands-on experience in managing and administering Cisco switches and routers in LAN/WAN environments.
Hands-on experience in managing and administering Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls.
Hands-on experience in managing and administering wireless access points and wireless controllers (Cisco Meraki/Aruba).
Hands-on experience in managing and administering Zscaler services, including ZIA, ZPA, ZTA, and Palo Alto Prisma Access.
Hands-on experience in managing and administering Cisco Meraki devices, SD-WAN, and other SD-WAN solutions.
