Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end

    bridal floor operations

    , ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  • Drive

    bridal sales targets

    through effective customer engagement and conversion.
  • Handle

    high-value bridal clients

    , consultations, trials, fittings, and order closures.
  • Ensure

    exceptional customer experience

    from first interaction to final delivery.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and supervise

    bridal stylists, consultants, trial staff, and helpers

    .
  • Allocate staff duties, manage rosters, and ensure adequate manpower on the floor.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, grooming, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Coach the team on

    product knowledge, styling, upselling, and customer handling

    .

Operations & Process Control

  • Ensure strict adherence to

    store SOPs, grooming standards, and discipline

    .
  • Coordinate with

    alteration, tailoring, and production teams

    for timely order execution.
  • Track bridal orders, delivery timelines, and ensure zero delays or escalations.
  • Handle

    billing accuracy, documentation, and system updates

    .

Inventory & VM

  • Oversee

    bridal inventory

    , stock movement, tagging, and safe handling of high-value pieces.
  • Ensure bridal VM is maintained as per brand guidelines and seasonal requirements.
  • Coordinate with VM and merchandising teams for new collections and displays.

Customer & Complaint Handling

  • Address customer escalations, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure repeat business, referrals, and long-term bridal relationships.
  • Maintain CRM data for bridal clients and follow-ups.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with

    Store Manager, HR, Accounts, VM, and Alteration teams

    .
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, attendance, leave, and behavioural standards.
  • Support audits, stock checks, and internal reviews.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Share daily/weekly reports on

    sales, orders, conversions, and pending deliveries

    .
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, POSH, and Code of Conduct.
  • Escalate risks or issues proactively to management.

  • Strong bridal product knowledge and fashion sensibility.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage pressure during peak bridal seasons.
