Job Description

This position demands a strong foundation in customer insight and the ability to identify both articulated and latent consumer needs. The role focuses on driving innovative marketing strategies, fostering brand growth, and leading a team to shape and strengthen the category's performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the assigned category. Define and implement long-term growth strategies tailored to the categorys goals. Lead the ideation and introduction of new products; manage the rationalization of underperforming SKUs while applying learnings to future initiatives. Conduct continuous evaluation of the market landscape, category trends, and brand positioning for all assigned brands. Strategically allocate and manage marketing budgets across the brand portfolio to maximize ROI. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, ensuring alignment and delivery within tight timelines. Oversee the development and roll-out of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns spanning television, radio, print, digital, and outdoor media. Track and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and initiatives to inform future strategies. Sustain and grow brand equity, relevance, and customer engagement across all brands within the category. Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 8 professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
