Job Title: Brand Manager / BU Head | Advertising & Branding Services

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership & Revenue Growth

  Own complete P&L responsibility with a target to scale the business through strategic planning and execution.
• Business Development & Client Growth
  Lead business development for retail branding, in-shop branding, and signage solutions for A-category brands. Pitch innovative and customized branding concepts based on clearly identified client needs.

• Team Building & Leadership

  Build, scale, and manage Business Development, Client Servicing, and Operations teams aligned with the revenue and growth plan.

• Operations & Project Management

  Oversee end-to-end execution of Pan-India retail branding and signage projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

• Process & Financial Management

  Manage accounting, budgeting, and operational processes for large-scale retail branding projects, ensuring strong financial controls and profitability.

• Client Relationship Management

  Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and ensure high client satisfaction.

• Strategic Network & Market Expansion

  Develop a strong nationwide vendor, partner, and execution network to support scalable project delivery.

• Operational Excellence & Capability Building

  Address operational challenges, streamline workflows, and build strong departmental capabilities to support long-term growth.
