As a Brand Strategy Planner based in Ahmedabad with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Understanding the business goals, target markets, and competitive landscape for any new domain such as real estate, hospitality, or travel. - Defining brand purpose, values, vision, mission, tone of voice, and personality. - Creating a unique, relevant, and sustainable brand positioning. - Crafting brand narratives and stories that emotionally connect with customers or the target audience. - Developing the brand's story arc including its origins, values, significance, and evolution. - Ensuring consistency of stories across all brand touchpoints both online and offline. - Staying updated on industry trends, culture, technology, and consumer behavior. - Performing market research, competitor analysis, and audience analysis. - Guiding and collaborating with creative teams to align brand expression with the overall strategy and story. - Overseeing the creation of brand assets, identity, and guidelines. - Planning and overseeing brand launches and campaigns in various domains. - Defining metrics/KPIs for brand health such as awareness, perception, preference, and loyalty. - Monitoring performance, tracking data, and analyzing areas for adjustment. - Building, nurturing, and mentoring internal teams or external partners/agencies. - Encouraging continuous learning and fostering creativity. - Ensuring processes are in place for well-managed work including briefs, reviews, and timelines. - Working closely with marketing, operations, product, sales, and other functions to embed brand strategy in all activities. - Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure brand clarity and alignment across functions. Qualifications and Experience: - Ideally 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, planning, branding, or marketing with a focus on launching new brands or rebranding. - Demonstrated experience in brand building across multiple domains, with experience in hospitality, real estate, or travel being desirable. - Excellent storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. - Creative mindset, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning. - Strong analytical abilities to translate data and insights into effective strategies. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing, branding, and digital trends, consumer behavior, and social media. - Leadership experience in managing or mentoring team members and guiding content creation. - Good project management skills to handle multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and meet timelines effectively. - Strong presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.,
