Job Opening – MEP BIM Draftsman (Civil Steel / Industrial Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify

    MEP BIM models

    using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure model accuracy
  • Create

    detailed MEP drawings

    for industrial and steel structure-based projects
  • Interpret design inputs and translate them into precise, clash-free 3D models
  • Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and standards
  • Assist in coordination meetings and resolve on-site BIM-related issues
  • Maintain version control of drawings and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in

    MEP BIM Drafting

  • Strong exposure to

    industrial, civil steel, or infrastructure projects

  • Proficient in

    Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks

    , and other BIM tools
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and design documentation
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
