Job Title: Corporate Sales Head Location: Ahmedabad Industry : Furniture / Plywood / Wood / Ceramic / Home Décor Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Corporate and Channel Sales --- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Head to lead and expand our business in the B2B and channel sales segments. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales leadership within relevant industries such as furniture, plywood, ceramic, or home décor, and a deep understanding of both corporate and channel sales strategies. --- Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of corporate and channel sales. Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and corporate clients. Expand dealer and distributor networks across target regions. Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals across regions. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and brand positioning. Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership. --- Requirements: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in corporate and channel sales. Industry background in furniture, plywood, wood, ceramic, or home décor is mandatory. Strong network with architects, builders, and channel partners in Western India preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build, manage and scale high-performing sales teams.
