Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager with over 7 years of experience in driving brand growth through integrated online and offline strategies. The ideal candidate should be adept in brand positioning, strategic marketing planning, campaign execution, and utilizing advanced tools for promotions and performance tracking. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to manage end-to-end brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.
  • Lead and manage online and offline branding campaigns across multiple platforms including digital, print, events, retail, and activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, design) and external agencies to deliver consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Plan and implement ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing strategies to ensure optimal brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize advanced tools for promotions, performance tracking, and ROI analysis (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Drive digital brand presence through strategic use of content, SEO, paid media, social media, influencer partnerships, and more.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, and report campaign performance to leadership.
  • Must Have Experience for a Traditional way Promotion like events, retail branding, activations, etc.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong experience in both online (digital marketing, social media, performance marketing) and offline (events, retail branding, activations) brand building.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in brand analytics tools and campaign management platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, team management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling multi-regional or national brands.
  • Exposure to FMCG, EdTech, Retail, or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of AI-based marketing or automation tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
