If yes, we’re exactly calling out to you! To come join us and help shape our brand identity online and create content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram (125k+ followers), and YouTube (12 Million+ subscribers).

You'll breathe creativity into our marketing efforts, creating content that gets our TG hooked by working with some of the brilliant designers, copywriters, creators and marketing strategists to bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies for the Company Brand

• Build and execute tailored social media strategies for key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) to drive brand awareness and strengthen customer engagement
• Manage posting schedules, track content performance, and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms

• Create highly creative, attention-grabbing advertisement campaigns for our brand (Ideation to Execution)

• Strategise, plan, and execute tactical and topical campaigns that centre around brand, product launches, or core business objectives, ensuring relevance to the social-first audience

• Assist in writing captions, video descriptions, and post copy.

Growth & Engagement:

• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to grow reach and followers.
• Analyse and report on social media performance (engagement rates, growth metrics, click-throughs, etc.) and leverage data to continuously refine strategies and content approaches

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour to identify ways to elevate engagement across platforms

• Monitor brand mentions and social conversations to assess brand sentiment and identify trends, customer feedback, or engagement opportunities

Tell the Success Story of Our Customers Via Content:

• Meet our customers, learn about their success story, frame content around the same and deliver it via emotionally engaging video content
• Set our brand apart from the competition with the customer success stories that shape the perception of users and drive consideration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for branding, marketing, and social media.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or any basic design tool is a bonus.

Compensation :

For the first 12 months - 25k per month

Students would be on probation for the duration of 12 months with compensation of Rs.25,000 per month followed by CTC Rs. 6 LPA. (including Variable pay)
