We're seeking a talented Brand Service Manager to join our growing team.


Position Overview

The Brand Service Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing social media strategies and execution. This role requires a balance of client relationship management, project coordination, and social media expertise.


Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients as their main point of contact
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutions
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Coordinate internal resources to execute client campaigns and projects
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports and analytics to clients
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings


Social Media Management

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Create and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Oversee content creation, curation, and publishing
  • Monitor social media trends and platform updates to optimize client strategies
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Manage community engagement including responding to comments and messages
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in client service, account management, or related role within an agency setting. Freshers can also apply.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management. Freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines


Preferred

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
  • Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy development
