● Develop and execute sales strategies to build brand partnerships to sell PFC recycled plastics.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors (automotive, packaging, construction, FMCG, etc.).
● Manage existing customer accounts and ensure consistent order flow.
● Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement, technical, and decision-making teams.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to recommend changes.
● Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and network.
● Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.
● Maintain CRM tools with updated sales pipeline and client information.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastics or polymers industry.
● Good understanding of plastic materials and applications.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
