Brand PR & Content Manager

Void2one Solutions is hiring a Brand PR & Content Manager to lead PR strategy, create compelling content, and represent the brand across digital platforms. The role focuses on driving growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting high-value business opportunities.

Job role: We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Brand PR & Content Manager to represent a fast-growing US-based software startup in the Indian and US markets. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of the brand, responsible for building impactful communication strategies and engaging audiences across multiple digital platforms. This role is a unique blend of public relations, content strategy, influencer marketing, and brand representation—including participation as an on-camera model in brand campaigns. The candidate will craft compelling narratives, develop creative scripts, manage social media presence, and execute PR initiatives to enhance visibility, build brand credibility, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

• Job position: Brand PR & Content Manager
• Qualification: MBA in PR, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Experience: 2–5 years in PR, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications
• Job Location: Phase 8B Industrial area, Sec-74 Mohali, Punjab
• Salary Package: 40-60k + Incentives
• Shift timings: 6 pm to 3 pm (US Shifts), Full-time job, Work from Office
• Cab facility is available for pickup and drop-off.
• No leave till probation (3 months)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• MBA in PR, marketing, mass communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in PR, media relations, corporate communication, or brand management.
• Experience in digital PR, influencer marketing, and social media strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, copywriting, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to plan creative scripts and act as a brand model/influencer in videos and campaigns.
• Confident public speaker and skilled in on-camera representation.
• Proven expertise in PR, influencer relations, and media management.
• Crisis management and brand reputation handling capabilities.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint) and digital PR tools.
• Event planning, networking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative mindset with a professional approach to brand communication.
• Multilingual ability (preferred, not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Representation
• Serve as the public face of the brand in campaigns, media appearances, and digital content (including modeling/acting in videos and photo shoots).

• Public Relations
• Build and maintain strong media and influencer relationships.
• Manage brand reputation and lead crisis communication efforts.
• Draft press releases, speeches, key messages, and PR-focused content.

• Campaign & Event Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor PR campaigns, product launches, influencer meets, and media events.
• Organize press conferences, media briefings, and promotional events.

• Content Creation
• Develop engaging scripts, blogs, social media posts, and website content.
• Contribute to storytelling strategies aligned with brand messaging.

• Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams to ensure unified and consistent communication strategies across platforms.

• Performance & Reporting
• Track media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare and present reports to leadership teams.

• Partnerships & Alliances
• Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities, collaborations, and brand partnerships.

• Presentations
• Design and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
