Role Overview:

Brand Partnerships & Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilites:

• Oversee end-to-end

  client servicing and communication

  ensuring all deliverables are met on time with quality and precision.
• Coordinate with internal teams (social media managers, designers, consultants) for planning, execution, and revisions.
• Stay updated with

  social media trends, content formats, and brand aesthetics

  to provide strategic feedback and suggestions.
• Conduct

  initial meetings

  with prospective clients and schedule follow-ups for the founder to join.
• Handle

  minor client issues, queries, and feedback

  , escalating only key matters when necessary.
• Maintain

  project timelines

  , track progress, and ensure deadlines are respected.
• Create and maintain

  content calendars, task sheets, and client communication logs

  .
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all platforms and deliverables.
• Support in preparing

  reports, presentations, and campaign recaps

  for clients.
• Help improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Based in

  Delhi

  and available for a

  hybrid full-time role

  .
• Strong understanding of

  social media platforms, digital trends, and influencer marketing.

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  able to handle clients with confidence and empathy.
• High level of

  organization, attention to detail, and accountability.

• Ability to think creatively and critically to guide improvements in content and delivery.
• Professional ethics, problem-solving attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred:

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, marketing coordination, or account management (agency experience preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Notion, Trello, or Slack.
• A good aesthetic sense and understanding of visual communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
