Brand Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships Manager to lead our sponsorship acquisition efforts for major music and youth entertainment events under XMLOOPS TV & 9XM TV.In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing sponsorship deals with brands that align with our creative vision and audience. This is a high-impact role critical to the success of our large-scale events, which reach millions across digital platforms, live venues, and television broadcasts.⸻Key Responsibilities:• Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify potential brand partners and sponsors across industries (FMCG, fashion, tech, hospitality, etc.) and build a strong lead pipeline.• Pitching & Proposal DevelopmentCreate customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks based on brand objectives, event data, and audience insights.• Client Meetings & Relationship ManagementSchedule and attend meetings (online or offline) with decision-makers to present partnership opportunities and close deals.• Contracting & NegotiationsManage all aspects of deal-making — from pricing to deliverables and post-event reporting — with a focus on long-term relationships.• Collaboration with Internal TeamsCoordinate with marketing, content, production, and legal teams to ensure brand requirements are smoothly integrated into the event experience.• Campaign Tracking & ReportingTrack sponsor ROI and provide post-event reports including media coverage, impressions, digital reach, and brand placements.⸻Required Skills & Experience:• Minimum 2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or media sales (preferred but not mandatory).• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.• Strong network of marketing decision-makers in relevant industries is a plus.• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple brand conversations simultaneously.• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.• A passion for events, entertainment, youth culture, and brand storytelling.⸻Location:Remote / Udaipur-based (Preferred, but flexible for the right candidate)⸻Salary & Incentives:• Fixed monthly salary (as per experience)• High-performance incentives on every closed sponsorship deal• Opportunity to work closely with celebrity artists and national media campaigns⸻Apply at:
