Brand Partnerships Associate

What You'll Do

• Identify and research potential brand, influencer, and affiliate partners that align with client goals
• Assist in outreach campaigns through email, social media, and partnership platforms
• Coordinate partnership agreements, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and results to ensure commitments are met
• Maintain organized records of contacts, contracts, and ongoing collaborations
• Support account managers by preparing partnership performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align partnerships with campaigns and promotions
• Build and nurture strong professional relationships that drive long-term value
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of online/remote experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or business development preferred
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Bonus points if you have experience with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, or CRM systems
  

Technical Requirements

• A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
• A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
