The Brand Collaboration Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic brand partnerships across FMCG, hygiene, café, retail, and allied categories. The role focuses on driving revenue through collaborations, co-branding, in-store activations, and long-term partnerships aligned with the company’s vision.
- Identify and onboard potential brand partners (FMCG, hygiene, café, retail, lifestyle, etc.)
- Develop collaboration proposals, pitch decks, and commercial models
- Lead end-to-end partnership discussions including commercials, scope, and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (projects, operations, marketing, legal) for smooth execution
- Manage MoUs, agreements, and collaboration documentation
- Plan and execute co-branding, in-store branding, sampling, and activation initiatives
- Track performance of collaborations and share periodic reports
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and drive repeat business
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and brand meetings
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in brand partnerships, alliances, or key account management
- Ability to create win-win commercial models
- Good understanding of FMCG, retail, café, or hygiene brands
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
- Presentation and proposal-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in brand collaborations, partnerships, or business development
- Prior experience with FMCG / Retail / Café brands will be an advantage
- Number of brand collaborations closed
- Revenue generated through partnerships
