Brand Marketing Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy tailored to the Indian market.
- Position Twin Health as a premium provider of metabolic health solutions, with a strong focus on the Diabetes & Metabolism Balance program.
- Identify and analyze consumer insights to refine brand messaging.
B. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Plan and oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and paid ads.
- Create content strategies that resonate with HNIs and promote Twin Healths value proposition beyond diabetes reversal.
- Lead content writing efforts across digital channels—blogs, ads, website, emailers, and campaign creatives—to ensure compelling, clear, and high-impact communication.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) through consistent content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance using data analytics.
C. Customer Engagement & Experience:
- Enhance customer journey touchpoints to build trust and loyalty.
- Lead initiatives to boost engagement through personalized messaging, success stories, and interactive content.
D. Collaboration & Team Management:
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with external agencies for content creation, media buying, and event management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior brand and marketing team members.
- Manage collaboration with designers and oversee creative output to align with brand goals.
E. Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Use market insights to recommend innovative branding initiatives and product offerings.
Skills & Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Brand & Content Marketing with strong exposure to digital marketing.
- Proven experience in content writing—long-form, short-form, and campaign-specific.
- Hands-on experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Creative, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling a team of designers.
