Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Brand Marketing Associate (Freshers). The individual in this role will assist in implementing brand strategies to increase visibility and awareness, collaborate with cross-functional teams for various branding and marketing campaigns, and support sales initiatives to drive brand engagement. The candidate will also monitor brand performance metrics, manage communication with stakeholders, and support branding campaigns aimed at enhancing brand equity and consistency.

Qualifications

• Freshers are eligible
• Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
• Should have a own two wheeler with driving licence.
• Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Branding to effectively execute marketing initiatives.
• Strong Communication skills to articulate messaging across various channels and engage with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Sales concepts and the ability to integrate them into brand engagement strategies.
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and contribute as part of a fast-paced team environment.
• Any prior coursework or experience in marketing, branding, or related areas would be advantageous.
