Branding & Marketing Manager


coordinating, reviewing, and managing outputs from the agency

 


🔧 Key Responsibilities


🎥 Brand Content & Marketing Execution


  • Plan and manage the monthly

    content calendar

    for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts 
  • Write or structure

    scripts, captions, hooks, and visual outlines

    for reels, posts, and stories 
  • Translate real estate project data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content 
  • Coordinate with the branding/marketing agency

    for shoot execution, post-production, design work, and publishing 
  • Review agency output for tone, messaging, timelines, and quality — be the final checkpoint before anything goes live 
  • Personally shoot quick reels/stories (with phone/camera) when needed for spontaneous or BTS content 


🚀 Personal Brand Development


  • Build and execute the

    Founder’s personal branding strategy

    across Instagram and LinkedIn 
  • Create content on real estate insights, lifestyle, business learnings, and milestones 
  • Work with the agency on founder-led video campaigns and branded formats 


📊 Trends & Campaign Thinking


  • Suggest

    trending reels and content ideas weekly

    based on what’s working in the luxury/lifestyle/real estate space 
  • Recommend new content styles, audio, or post formats for both brand and founder presence 
  • Collaborate with the agency to run and manage occasional brand campaigns, event coverage, or new project launches 

 


✅ You’re a Fit If You Have:


  • 3–5 years of experience in

    branding, content, digital marketing, or social media management

     
  • Experience working with or coordinating

    external creative/branding agencies

     
  • Strong communication skills — can convert briefs into execution-ready instructions 
  • Confidence to review, give feedback, and ensure high-quality creative output 
  • Eye for storytelling — can create strong messaging from real estate data 
  • Hands-on ability to

    shoot basic content

    on iPhone/camera when needed 
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, Google Suite, Trello/Notion, and social platforms
