● Be a Market Expert: Travel through your assigned zone daily to map out every residential building, commercial tower, and new construction project. ● Build Relationships: Confidently walk into sales offices and society buildings. Your main goal is to build strong, professional relationships with property owners, developer staff, and society managers. ● Get the Data: Meet with your contacts to get all the details about their properties (price, size, availability, etc.). Use our company's mobile app to enter this information live. ● Capture the Property: Take high-quality photos and videos of properties to make them look their best on our platform. Collect brochures and floor plans. ● Be a Detective: Be the first to find "hidden" properties by looking for "For Sale/Rent" signs and talking to local contacts like security guards and shopkeepers. ● Report Back: Sync all your data at the end of the day and give a quick, smart update to your manager on what's happening in your market.
