Real Estate Data Surveyor

🚨 We’re Hiring: Developer Data & Relationship Surveyor (Ahmedabad Only | No Freshers)

At Nexspace Realty, we’re changing how real estate works in Ahmedabad.

We are looking for an on-ground professional who will work directly with developers to collect and maintain the most accurate data on residential & commercial projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit residential & commercial projects daily to collect updated data from developers
• Build strong, professional relationships with developer sales teams & project managers
• Collect project details, pricing, inventory updates, brochures, floor plans
• Capture photos/videos of projects to strengthen our database
• Provide daily updates & reports from site visits

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ 1–4 years of experience (Real Estate developer liaison, site sales, or field sales with builders)

✅ Must be from Ahmedabad & fluent in Gujarati + Hindi

✅ Confident, persistent, good at relationship management

✅ Must own a 2-wheeler

What We Offer:

💰 Salary ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance
