Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Pune. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance and position the brand, conducting market research, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing product launches, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves continuously monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and adjusting strategies to maximize brand presence and performance.

Brand Event Execution:
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, events, and brand visibility initiatives at project sites.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external vendors for branding materials, event setups, and ensure timely delivery and quality.
Stock & Asset Maintenance:
Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals, branding materials, and display assets at the site level.
Marketing Payments & Documentation:
Maintain marketing payment sheets, track budgets, and coordinate with finance for timely processing.
Support Content Creation:
Assist in planning and executing social media reels, behind-the-scenes content, and customer testimonial shoots.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with project sales, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of plans.

Qualifications

Branding and Positioning skills
4-6 years of experience in in the real estate industry
Marketing Campaign Management and Product Launch skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic and Analytical thinking
Ability to work collaboratively with teams
Experience in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
