Brand Manager

Role Overview: As a Brand Manager at our company in Ahmedabad-(Gulbai Tekra), you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for both existing and new products/countries. You will play a crucial role in managing the annual marketing budgets, developing packaging for new products, managing social media presence, and assisting the sales team in lead generation. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining sales and marketing MIS, managing E-Comm accounts, and processing distributor claims for promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: - Make marketing plans for existing & new products/countries. - Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets. - Develop packaging for new SKUs & contemporize packaging of existing SKUs. - Develop collaterals for promotional activities in foreign markets including POS items. - Prepare exhibition calendar, make bookings, and ensure availability of designs & collaterals for participation in exhibitions. - Manage social media presence for foreign markets & conduct digital marketing campaigns. - Develop and manage E-Comm accounts. - Process claims of distributors for promotional activities. - Assist sales team in lead generation. - Maintain M.I.S. for sales & marketing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. - 4-10 years of experience in brand management or marketing. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and E-Comm platforms. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
