Job Description Brand Manager (OTX Range of Products) Department: Marketing Location: Mumbai Reporting To: BU Head Role Overview Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies to maximize sales, market share, and Profitability of the OTX (Over the Counter + FMCG) portfolio, ensuring strong brand positioning and compliance with regulatory norms. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop annual marketing plans, strategies, and budgets for the OTX portfolio. 2. Oversee product life cycle management including launches, rebranding, and SKU optimization. 3. Conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels. 4. Partner with sales for field activation plans and product training. 5. Engage with KOLs, doctors, and pharmacists via CMEs, webinars, and events. 6. Track performance, market share, and ROI of marketing activities. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences with MBA in Marketing preferred. 58 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing with at least 3 years in OTX / FMCG-pharma segment. ¢ Strong knowledge of OTC, prescription marketing, and regulatory compliance. Key Skills & Competencies ¢ Strategic thinking & execution capability ¢ Analytical and market interpretation skills ¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills ¢ Creativity in campaign planning ¢ Proficiency in MS Office & marketing tools KPIs / Success Metrics ¢ Sales and profitability achievement ¢ Market share growth ¢ Successful marketing campaigns and launches ¢ Enhanced brand recall
