Position Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating impactful, brand-aligned visual communication across digital, print, and in-store channels. The role demands design innovation, adherence to brand guidelines, and timely delivery of creative assets that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversions. This position is central to maintaining the jewellery brand’s premium identity through cohesive design across campaigns, packaging, catalogues, and event collaterals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Creative Design & Campaign Execution

  • Develop digital creatives (posts, reels, stories, ads) for social media and performance marketing.
  • Design print collaterals: leaflets, standees, danglers, flex banners, and store branding elements.
  • Produce creative sets for campaigns — including landing page visuals, WhatsApp banners, and ecommerce headers.
  • Rapidly adapt creatives for ongoing promotions, festive sales, and urgent alerts.

Branding & Identity Management

  • Maintain consistency of brand guidelines (logo usage, typography, color hierarchy).
  • Refresh visual style guides as required (fonts, iconography, layouts).
  • Support in annual audits of brand assets and ensure compliance with licensed images, fonts, and stock resources.
  • Execute premium packaging updates: jewellery boxes, ribbons, bags, and seasonal branding.

Campaign & Festival Design

  • Conceptualize visuals for monthly/seasonal campaigns (e.g., Bridal Month, Diamond Week, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya).
  • Design lookbooks, catalogues (3–36 pages), newsletters, and digital brochures.
  • Develop in-store visual merchandising collaterals (LED loops, signage, tent cards).
  • Support event branding with invites, stage backdrops, props, and banners.

Collaboration & Production Support

  • Work with marketing, product photography, and event teams to translate briefs into designs.
  • Liaise with printers and vendors for special finishes (foil, emboss, UV, fabric branding).
  • Provide high-resolution print-ready files with correct bleed, fonts, and color codes.
  • Organize, archive, and back up design assets for future use.

Design Innovation & Performance Review

  • Track creative performance through campaign engagement reports (CTR, ROAS uplift, impressions).
  • Analyze industry design trends and competitor branding practices.
  • Suggest fresh design ideas to enhance customer engagement and campaign ROI.
  • Incorporate motion elements (GIFs, animations) for reels, stories, and LED screens.

Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Knowledge of print processes and digital design requirements.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Creativity and innovation balanced with brand discipline.
  • Collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork (marketing, events, production).
