Job Description

We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and passionate Marketing Coordinator to be the cornerstone of our brand's marketing efforts. This role is perfect for a multi-talented individual who thrives on bringing a brand's story to life through compelling content and seamless collaboration. You will be instrumental in promoting our unique preschool and daycare programs, managing all aspects of our content marketing, and ensuring our brand's message is consistent and impactful across all channels. A key part of this role is building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, including parents and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Marketing & Brand Storytelling:

  • Serve as the lead content creator for the brand's digital and print materials, ensuring all content reflects our brand's voice and educational philosophy.
  • Write, proofread, and manage the production of our monthly brand magazine, featuring stories, articles, parent spotlights, and brand updates.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and actively interacting with our community.
  • Develop and execute video content strategies for reels and other social platforms, including filming, editing, and production.
  • Collect and feature authentic parent testimonials, capturing their stories through written quotes and video interviews.

  • Operations & Faculty:

    Partner with our operations and teaching teams to gather insights, curriculum highlights, and daily activities to create compelling marketing content.
  • Sales & Admissions:

    Work closely with the admissions team to develop marketing materials that support enrollment goals and communicate key program benefits to prospective parents.
  • Designers:

    Coordinate with our designers to ensure all marketing collateral, both digital and print, is visually appealing, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  • External Stakeholder Management:

  • Influencer Relations:

    Identify and engage with local and relevant influencers to collaborate on campaigns and promote our brand.
  • Vendors & Agencies:

    Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers) and agencies (if applicable) to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Website Management & Digital Presence:

  • Handle day-to-day website updates, ensuring information is accurate and current.
  • Troubleshoot and manage basic website issues, escalating technical problems to our IT support as needed.
  • Public Relations & Community Engagement:

  • Actively seek and capture newsworthy stories and events happening at our centers to share with the community.
  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador in all communications with parents and the wider community.
