Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Patna. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include market research, analysis, and building marketing campaigns. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.

• Brand Strategy and Market Analysis skills
• Digital Marketing and Content Creator
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a must

Soft Skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must

Strong Social Media Presence will be a plus.
