Head of Branding – 1.5 Degree

At 1.5 Degree, we’re not just creating products — we’re crafting experiences. From gelatos and kulfis to oat beverages and tofu, we’re redefining what dairy can be. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Branding who can take ownership of how the world experiences our brand.

What you’ll do

• Lead packaging, product launches & product matrices tailored to different customer segments and channels.

• Own the brand experience at every touchpoint – kiosks, events, pop-ups, exhibitions. From design, aroma, uniforms, music, and server interactions to the tiniest detail that shapes how consumers feel.

• Front-end customer communication through brochures, uniforms, gift packs, event setups, and everything in between.

• Build and lead a team while also rolling up your sleeves to execute and coordinate with vendors, designers, and partners.

Who you are

• Someone who takes full ownership & responsibility, with the stamina to be on the ground ensuring things get done.

• Creative yet hands-on — not just a strategist but an executor who can make ideas real.

• A natural multitasker, able to juggle multiple categories, product lines, and formats.

• Team builder with leadership potential, but also comfortable managing details directly.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in branding, design, fashion, or creative industries.

• A degree in design, fashion, branding, or related creative fields.

• Proven expertise in executing brand experiences — not just planning them.

• A sharp eye for design and aesthetics.

• Open-minded, energetic, and passionate about building a disruptive early-stage brand.

• Willingness to travel, coordinate, and make things happen.

• Learning mindset and ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.

• This is not a social media manager role.

• This is not a cushy corporate branding job with systems already in place.
