CreateX is a video-first creative agency helping brands scale through IP-led content, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven storytelling. We work with leading names across BFSI, D2C, fashion, and tech, building campaigns that are both viral and value-driven.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and manage detailed content calendars for multiple brands.

2. Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas based on trends and brand identity.

3. Assign and manage creators, editors, and designers on projects.

4. Coordinate projects end-to-end and ensure timely delivery.

5. Communicate with brands, address concerns, and maintain client relationships.

6. Track and analyze content performance; prepare reports and insights.

7. Research competitors and market trends to stay ahead in strategy.

Requirements

1. Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

2. Proven ability to manage projects, clients, and cross-functional teams effectively.

3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

4. Proactive problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing environments.

5. Understanding of project budgeting and financial management.

6. Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.

7. Prior experience in marketing, content, or brand management preferred.
