Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead our marketing and communications initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand narrative, driving consumer engagement, and delivering high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in brand management, advertising, and media planning—especially within the retail, luxury, or jewellery sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Define and execute brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.

Advertising & Media Planning

  • Plan and manage ATL campaigns including TV, print, radio, and outdoor media.
  • Lead BTL initiatives such as in-store promotions, events, and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to optimize media mix and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee media planning and buying to ensure cost-effective and impactful placements.

Creative & Digital Campaigns

  • Supervise creative development for digital, social media, influencer, and traditional advertising.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external agencies.
  • Maintain high standards of visual and verbal brand aesthetics.
  • Drive innovation in content creation and storytelling.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Leverage consumer insights to develop targeted campaigns and product positioning.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and refine future initiatives.

Project & Team Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage external partners including creative agencies, media planners, and production houses.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in brand management or advertising, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL advertising, digital marketing, and media planning.
  • Excellent creative judgment with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
