Position Overview

Brand Growth & Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential leads and clients to understand their business, goals, and marketing needs.
• Conduct brand consultations and propose effective marketing & digital growth strategies.
• Pitch Skill Jogi Media’s services confidently and convert leads into clients.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and timely updates.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and social media teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM or internal reports for lead tracking, conversions, and client communication.
• Contribute ideas to improve client experience and business growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  brand consulting, client servicing, or business development

  (preferably in media, marketing, or creative industries).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of

  social media marketing, branding, and digital growth concepts.

• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
• Time management and project coordination skills.
• A positive, energetic personality with a “get things done” attitude.
