Position Overview We’re looking for a Brand Growth & Client Success Manager — someone who understands brand building, digital marketing, and client psychology , and can ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This person will handle client meetings, brand consultations, service pitching, project planning, and coordination with our internal team to deliver excellent results. Key Responsibilities Meet potential leads and clients to understand their business, goals, and marketing needs. Conduct brand consultations and propose effective marketing & digital growth strategies. Pitch Skill Jogi Media’s services confidently and convert leads into clients. Manage client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and timely updates. Collaborate with creative, production, and social media teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and satisfaction. Maintain CRM or internal reports for lead tracking, conversions, and client communication. Contribute ideas to improve client experience and business growth strategies. Requirements Proven experience in brand consulting, client servicing, or business development (preferably in media, marketing, or creative industries). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, and digital growth concepts. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team. Time management and project coordination skills.
